How does Thailand's economy interact with the global economy?
Project Description:
Tourism is definitely a big contributor to Thailand's economy and, during our time in Thailand, we have contributed to the economy in just that way through the rent we pay on AirBnB, the food we buy, the taxis we ride in, etc. You will learn more about the Thai economy, including how it interacts with the global economy, and will produce an edit that is at least 1.5 minutes long.
Project Instructions:
1. Create a list of no less than five questions to research in order to understand Thailand's economy. The list could include questions about the main driver(s) of the economy, the other goods and services sold in the economy, the different economic drivers in different regions, and how much income inequality there is. Include at least one question about how the Thai economy interacts with the global economy - this could include the country's main imports or exports, its main trading partners, or how global markets impact the currency.
2. Do research about each of the five questions you created in step one to learn about them. At least three of your sources must be from websites that are not the AI generated information or Wikipedia. Include your sources at the bottom of your research notes.
3. Produce an edit that is at least 1.5 minutes long to reflect what you learned in step 2.
4. Submit your edit for feedback and incorporate the feedback.
5. Upload the notes from your research and the video edit to your portfolio in chronological order with a title (Edit of Thailand's Economy) and date.
