Course Cumulative Portfolio
List several questions that get to the heart of the unit's topic and objectives.
Students closely read the text "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" and complete the activities and course materials outlined in the text. Students review their progress and growth as a drawing student, and select their favortie pieces based on different criteria (the piece they are proudest of, the piece that was hardest to complete, etc.) They also do this with the other artistic materials they have completed over the course of the year, and create a means of presenting their portfolio to others (a la Blown Away).
Provide step by step instructions for students to complete the unit and unit project.
